Romeo Tabuena is a Filipino postwar neorealist, who created groundbreaking works of art that contributed to the evolution of art in the Philippines. Despite residing in Mexico for most of his career, Tabuena painted various Filipino landscapes and vendors, preserving memories and his connection with Philippine culture.
